Medical Gases: Nitrous Oxide and refilled Oxygen Cylinders cannot be returned or refunded due to safety regulations.
Rented Equipment: Rented equipment can be returned by the agreed-upon date to receive a full refund, minus any rental fees.
Situations Where Returns and Refunds May be Denied
Items that are not returned in their original condition or packaging.
Items that are returned after the 7-day window.
Items that were damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Opened or used medical devices for hygiene reasons (e.g., BiPAP Masks).
How to Return an Item
Contact Oxygen Cylinder BD customer service within 7 days of delivery or pick-up to initiate a return request.
You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to Oxygen Cylinder BD using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
